Shaylin Agosta

Meet Shaylin:

Hello! I’m Shaylin, born in Omaha, NE, and raised in the charming town of Shelby, NC, where Southern hospitality and community shaped much of my early life. I went on to graduate from Coker College in Hartsville, SC, with a double major in early childhood and elementary education. After college, I returned to the Midwest, where I dedicated 14 years to teaching 4th grade, pre-K, Kindergarten, and 5th grade—experiences that deepened my passion for education and development.

In the summer of 2023, I shifted from teaching to a role as a Program Manager at Creighton University, where I now support the university’s mission in exciting new ways. Alongside this, I’m pursuing a double master’s degree in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership at Creighton, blending my experience in education with skills in business and leadership.

In 2016, I married my husband, Logan, and together we welcomed our wonderful daughter in 2022, adding even more purpose to everything we do. Logan and I share a strong drive for entrepreneurship, which has led us to dive more into real estate. Over the past year, we’ve expanded our portfolio, purchasing nine rental properties, including a single-family home and an eight-plex, providing us with valuable insight and experience in property management and investment.

We’ve also founded two businesses: Waste Away, a dumpster rental company, and Palmer’s Carpet Cleaning and Restoration Company, where we focus on delivering quality service to our local community. These ventures have been incredibly rewarding and are just the beginning of our entrepreneurial journey.

Recently, we also became part owners in a Real Estate Syndicate, allowing us to support and empower other agents and entrepreneurs. We’re thrilled about the opportunity to help grow the syndicate, providing resources and mentorship to others passionate about real estate and business. It’s a privilege to contribute to a supportive network and witness the positive impact it has on others’ success.
