With 18 years in real estate, my passion for entrepreneurship started early, growing up around my father’s rental property investments and business ventures. I’ve been fortunate to rise to the top ranks of the Briley Team, the #1 team in the country at Berkshire Hathaway Ambassador Real Estate, in 2024. I’m always driven to grow and learn more, and I’m passionate about helping others succeed along the way.

My beautiful and talented wife, Shaylin Agosta, has been my partner for 12 amazing years. Together, we share a passion for helping others succeed in business. Shaylin plays an incredible role in supporting our vision, and we both thrive on making a positive impact in the lives of those we work with.

What fuels us now is our shared "why"—driven by the incredible support from my wife, Shaylin, and alongside our partners, Zeke and Colleen.
