Meet Colleen:

I began my real estate career in 2012, managing a portfolio of 150 units, a blend of both multi-family and single-family homes.

After moving to Las Vegas, I became the top leasing agent for one of the most reputable property management companies in Nevada, which owns around 30 multi-family properties in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. I consistently closed an average of 10-12 transactions a month.

When I relocated to Nebraska with my husband and three children, I joined the #1 team at Berkshire Hathaway as their Sales Manager. In this role, I worked with and coached over 40 real estate businesses daily, focusing on understanding their needs, setting clear goals, and coaching them to achieve greater sales.

My approach involved breaking their goals into actionable steps and holding them accountable, leading to significant growth.

During my career, I’ve had the privilege of being coached by some of the best in the industry, including Jon Cheplak, Nick McClean, Tom Ferry, board members of Zillow, and business coach Adam Lyons.

My time in the real estate industry deepened my passion for seeing real estate professionals grow—not just in their businesses, but in their personal development, leadership, and confidence.

This inspired me to take my coaching to a national level, and we co-founded The Real Estate Syndicate to continue empowering real estate professionals to reach their full potential.
